While GemStone Systems does not offer formal technical support for the no-cost GLASS Virtual Appliance or GemStone/S Web Edition software, there are several ways to get help:

• The best place to get answers to GemStone Seaside questions is our low traffic Beta mailing list. The GLASS mailing list archive is available on Nabble.
• For general GemStone/S questions, there is a very responsive email forum used by many GemStone/S customers. The GemStone Customer Forum archive is available on Nabble.

Support for Seaside and Squeak
